Hi there. I’m Daniel Heinzelman. I am a business analyst for the Digital Systems team at Barnes & Noble, Inc. I am also a self-taught artist. I am an accomplished and highly-organized in the field of data analysis, with a degree in forensic psychology and over 10 years of professional experience managing large data sets in the publishing industry. Previously I worked at Quality Services for the Autism Community as a desktop support specialist.
I am educated in the field of IT and Customer Support. Holding a CompTIA A+ Certification , Google IT Support Professional Certification Specialization, and Google’s IT Automation with Python Specialization
I am currently studying for the CompTIA Network+ exam. In addition, I am also working on attaining the Google Project Management Certificate.
I strive to expand on my knowledge and skills with Python, and software development.
As a self taught artist I have been published in the quarterly collective artbook “r o b e r t”.
